We are currently seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist who is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in the daily flow of our hospital, serving as the first point of contact for our clients and helping ensure every visit runs smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with veterinary team
- Answering phones and responding to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Providing accurate information regarding services, pricing, and policies
- Maintaining patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality
A day in this role looks like: This is a fast-paced position where no two days are exactly the same. You'll be balancing phones, checking clients in and out, communicating with technicians and doctors, and helping keep the schedule running efficiently - all while making clients feel comfortable and cared for.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has prior experience in a veterinary clinic (preferred)
- Has strong customer service and communication skills
- Stays calm and organized under pressure
- Is dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Genuinely enjoys working with animals and their owners
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Veterinary or medical office experience preferred
Schedule:
Full time position (may include some Saturdays)
Compensation:
$17.00 - $19.50 per hours depending on experience
