Sales Administrative Coordinator
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Compensation: $28–$32/hour
Employment Type: Contract (6+ months with potential for extension and possible conversion)

Our client is a global leader in engineering software and digital innovation, providing cutting-edge solutions that help organizations design, simulate, and manufacture products across a variety of industries. Their education and training team delivers virtual and in-person product demonstrations and training programs to customers around the world.
They are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day training program operations and customer communications. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative or sales operations professional who enjoys working with customers, coordinating logistics, and supporting a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communications related to training programs
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person training sessions
- Prepare and manage training-related quotes and pricing documentation
- Support the Education Team Manager with operational and administrative tasks
- Ensure training programs run smoothly by managing logistics and customer expectations
- Collaborate with internal team members to maintain a high-quality customer experience
- Utilize established processes and documentation to support efficient program delivery
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of administrative, sales operations, customer service, or related experience
- Experience interacting directly with customers and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence and confidence communicating with business leaders and decision-makers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work onsite in Waltham, MA three days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to or familiarity with AI tools and technologies
- Experience supporting training programs, customer education, or sales operations functions
- Experience with CRM or ERP
