BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and skilled LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) professionals to provide dedicated 1:1 patient care in Lebanon, PA. As an LPN, you will deliver high-quality, personalized care in a comfortable home setting while making a meaningful difference in a patient’s daily life.
Care Needs / Responsibilities
- The LPN will provide tracheostomy (trach) care and monitor respiratory status
- The LPN will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as mobility and personal care
- The LPN will manage and administer tube feedings according to the care plan
- The LPN will assist with repositioning to ensure patient comfort and prevent skin breakdown
- The LPN will monitor vital signs and report any changes in the patient’s condition
- The LPN will maintain accurate documentation of care and treatments provided
- The LPN will communicate with family members and the care team to ensure continuity of care
Schedule
- Saturday, Sunday
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rates
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
