Job description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals from your area to join our team as a Care Giver (Known as CarePros ) Aides. As a Live In CarePro, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
A live-in position is available in Lexington, MA. Monday 7am through Friday 7am.
Duties:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Assist with medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document client progress and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques and best practices
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Familiarity with tube feeding, memory care, and dementia care is highly desirable
- Ability to maintain accurate activity logs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
