We're currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our expanding team. This entry-level role is designed to prepare individuals for leadership by offering hands-on training and real-world experience in sales and team management.
Position Summary
The Management Trainee position is an immersive program that equips you with the skills needed for a future leadership role within our company. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Leadership Training: Participate in structured training programs designed to build essential managerial and leadership capabilities.
- Customer Interaction: Represent our clients by engaging with customers to identify their needs and offer product solutions in a retail setting.
- Team Support: Help guide and support a team of sales professionals, encouraging high performance and helping achieve team objectives.
- Retail Operations: Contribute to the daily execution of marketing efforts in retail locations to ensure smooth operations and effective strategy implementation.
- Sales Analysis: Track sales results and key performance indicators, providing insights and collaborating with leadership to improve results.
- Client Relations: Develop strong working relationships with store personnel and managers to align efforts with client goals and ensure successful campaign rollout.
