Talent Acquisition Specialist II – Sourcing and Outreach Strategy
Pay Information
Hourly Range: $37.19/hr-$48.12/hr
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years related experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of
- experience.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy Development & Execution:
- o Drive Sourcing Initiatives: Participate in the execution and documentation of outreach strategies;continuously refine processes to optimize candidate flow.o Innovative Sourcing: Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to attract qualified talentfor current and future critical roles.o Performance Analytics: Analyze the ROI of outreach efforts and recommend tactical modificationsto improve conversion rates.o Advanced Sourcing: Deploy sophisticated techniques to build pipelines, including social mediainsights, profile aggregators, CRM mining, geofencing, event targeting, and complex Booleansearch logic.
- Market Intelligence & Tracking:
o Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor role mapping to identifytalent pockets and availability.o Strategic Integration: Translate market research into actionable outreach tactics in real-time.o Metrics Reporting: Track and report on sourcing KPIs to assess pipeline health and engagementeffectiveness.Strategic Support Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positiveand productive work environment.
Required Education, Experience, & Skillsexperience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from auniversity, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary ofEducation, US Department of Education.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units,
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Work is performed in an office, laboratory, production floor, or cleanroom, outdoors or remote research
- May access other facilities in various weather conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years related experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, social media sourcing, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Foundational understanding of OFCCP and EEO regulations.
- Exceptional project prioritization and time management skills.
- Experience sourcing candidates with federal security clearances.
