Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through attentive and personalized care. This role requires a blend of practical skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with individuals who may have diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, or dementia.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Medication management and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Support clients in engaging in social activities and community outings.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Assist with mobility needs using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when required.
- Observe and report any significant changes in clients' conditions or behaviors.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations while providing care.
Requirements
- Must have valid Oregon CNA license
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health, hospice care, or long-term care is not required, but is considered a plus
- Bilingual -Spanish is considered a plus
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory care is a plus.
- Familiarity with patient care techniques including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
