Industrial Rehab Specialist
CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services LLC is hiring an experienced Industrial Rehabilitation Specialist. This position will be pivotal in providing functional capacity evaluations, work hardening oversight, ergonomic assessments, and job evaluations throughout our company.
We're looking for a self-starter with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities. Seeing the big picture and acting as a resource to move cases forward is a large part of this role.
What You'll Do
- Manage industrial rehab caseloads to maximize outcomes and minimize lost time
- Design individualized, goal-oriented treatment programs using a multi-disciplinary approach that addresses physical, functional, behavioral, and vocational needs
- Confer regularly with physicians, nurse case managers, adjusters, and other stakeholders to plan and adjust treatment
- Perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), Job Analyses, Ergonomic Assessments, and Lift Assessments
- Document goals, progress, and weekly evaluations to ensure compliance and timely reimbursement
- Discharge patients when treatment goals are met, with appropriate follow-up or referrals
- Build relationships with adjusters, attorneys, case managers, and physicians to support referrals to the Industrial Rehab program
- Represent CAM PT in the community through outreach, medical office visits, and professional associations
- Manage workers’ compensation patients’ authorization and chart reviews
- Support daily clinic operations and pitch in on Aide-level responsibilities as needed based on patient volume
Requipment:
- Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Kinesiology/Exercise Science major is REQUIRED for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Functional Capacity Evaluations, work hardening programs, or ergonomic assessments
- Some experience working as an Aide or in a physical therapy setting
- Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and third-party payer documentation requirements
- Experience coordinating care with case managers, adjusters, or attorneys
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Willingness to work across different clinic locations based on business need
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-clinic environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
