Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation of all menu items
- Prepare menu items and necessary ingredients according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests and presentations
- Follow all prescribed portioning controls and maintain food safety and quality standards
- Maintain menu item counts and communicate to management and service staff when quantities fall below restaurant specific minimum quantity
- Accurately account for all items coming out of their station
Qualifications
- Ability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
- Scratch kitchen experience is a plus
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift
- Lift and move up to 20 pounds
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
