Position Summary
The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional priorities, and ensuring alignment across the family office and its portfolio companies. This individual will operate at the center of decision-making, helping translate vision into execution while enhancing communication, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized problem solver with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments involving multiple businesses and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the Principal and executive team to develop and execute strategic priorities.
- Lead special projects and high-impact initiatives across portfolio companies.
- Monitor key business objectives, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Conduct research, analysis, and due diligence to support investment and operational decisions.
Portfolio & Business Operations
- Serve as a liaison between the family office and portfolio company leadership teams.
- Drive accountability and follow-through on strategic initiatives.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Support business integration, growth initiatives, acquisitions, and new ventures.
Executive Support & Leadership
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and strategic reports.
- Manage executive meetings, ensuring agendas, action items, and outcomes are clearly defined and executed.
- Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders.
Healthcare Industry Coordination
- Support strategic initiatives involving healthcare-related businesses
- Coordinate with healthcare executives and advisors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, opportunities, and competitive developments.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment management, private equity, healthcare administration, corporate strategy, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred
- MBA or advanced graduate degree.
- Experience within a family office, private equity firm, healthcare organization, or multi-entity business environment.
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, or growth strategy initiatives.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, compliance, and provider-based business models.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
