Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by providing a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages efficiently. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup during events like banquets or catering functions
- Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Background in serving at banquets or catering events is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate order processing

Pay: $21.59 - $26.01 per hour
