Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver
Bearing and Drive Solutions, an Industrial Supply Distributor, is now seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver for our Cinnaminson NJ location.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, and being part of a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Receive, stock, organize, and pull inventory accurately
*Prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery
*Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
*Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
*Perform basic inventory counts and verify shipment accuracy
*Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (training available if needed)
*Serve as a backup delivery driver for local deliveries as needed
*Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time
*Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
*Strong punctuality and reliability
*Good math skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
*Previous warehouse, delivery, Forklift or industrial distribution experience preferred but not required
