We are seeking a licensed Property Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative. Starting salary is commensurate with your experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls/emails for policy inquiries, changes, and claims questions.
- Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
- Explain policy terms, benefits, and coverage details.
- Resolve billing issues and payment inquiries.
- Assist agents with customer inquiries and sales support.
- Assist customers with filing claims.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
License/Certification:
- Insurance Producer License (Required)
