Oaks Roofing & Siding is hiring motivated individuals looking to start a career in sales and learn the home improvement and construction industry.
This is an entry-level opportunity with up to $1000 per week for 2 weeks’ paid training! You’ll be a1099 contractor with uncapped earning potential, and clear paths for advancement into Sales, Estimating, and Management roles after a 90-day review.
No prior sales experience is required — we’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to grow professionally and develop valuable communication and leadership skills.
What You’ll Do
- Represent the Oaks brand in local neighborhoods and community events
- Speak with homeowners about roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and exterior home improvement services
- Generate leads and schedule free home exterior estimates
- Record customer information using company-provided tablets
- Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working independently and with the team

Compensation
This is a commission-based position with training pay available during onboarding.
Compensation includes:
- Pay per completed estimate
- Up to $1000 Additional Monthly Bonuses based on sales volume
- Unlimited commission potential
Successful team members typically earn between $45,000–$60,000+ annually, with higher earning potential through advancement opportunities.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Friday: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Some Saturdays and travel may be required
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation is a plus
- Prior customer service, canvassing, or sales experience is helpful but not required
