We are specifically looking for proven top performers with a demonstrated track record of success in high-ticket sales and closing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in Car Sales, Seminars, Timeshare, Vacation Ownership, or another high-ticket closing environment.
- Strong documented track record as a closer and top producer.
- Proven ability to close back-end and finance-driven deals at volume.
- Professional, high-energy, competitive, and able to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Expected income: $150,000+ for proven top performers.
This position includes a 60k ramp up base, providing a dependable income foundation in addition to personal commissions.
This structure is designed for experienced achievers who want the upside of performance-based earnings while benefiting from a strong base platform that is not solely dependent on individual production.
