Summary
The Springs at Anna Maria is seeking a day shift Caregiver to join our team at The Springs Living. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our residents. Your contributions will enhance the overall well-being of our community and support our mission to improve the senior living experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities to ensure residents' comfort and safety.
- Provide compassionate care to residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records using electronic health systems.
Requirements
- Experience in assisted living or healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and vital sign assessment.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to pass preemployment drug and background checks.
- Weekends
