In the last five years, we have expanded beyond the Dallas/Fort Worth area, achieving over 350% growth by opening new branches and delivering exceptional service throughout much of Texas and all of Oklahoma. We are currently seeking an experienced Aftermarket Salesperson to join our Dallas location. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. With the right mindset and coachability, you will thrive in this role. As part of the team, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business opportunities both online and through field-based cold calling.
Base Salary $60,000 -Plus Uncapped commisions
Essential Responsibilities
- Generate new sales through proactive prospecting and field-based customer engagement
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with local management.
- Promote service offerings and short-term rental solutions to new and existing customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring all needs are communicated clearly and fulfilled efficiently
- Track activity in CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with branch leadership to manage open receivables and resolve issues proactively.
- Deliver exceptional service and follow-up to build long-term partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: College degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven success in sales specifically in the Material Handling Industry.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
