About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Lead to join our growing Cybersecurity and Data Protection team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong business development and account management experience within the technology sector, specifically cybersecurity, data protection, and managed IT services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in generating qualified leads, building client relationships, managing strategic accounts, and driving new business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to grow the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within cybersecurity and data protection markets.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and consultative sales engagement.
- Research target organizations and key decision-makers to uncover new opportunities.
Account Management & Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business challenges and aligning suitable technology solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, data protection requirements, emerging threats, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Understand competitor offerings and market positioning to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Participate in virtual events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience within Cybersecurity or Data Protection environments.
- Experience selling Managed Security(MSP) services, Penetration testing, SOC services, backup and disaster recovery, cloud solutions, or IT consulting services.
- Proven experience in new business development or account management
- Strong track record in lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Fluent in English

- Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and B2B technology sales methodologies.
- Strong LinkedIn and digital prospecting capabilities.
- Ability to engage with technical and executive stakeholders.
