1099 independent contractorrole " you stay in full control of your schedule, equipment, and operating costs while we supply continuous freight and dedicated dispatch support.
What We OfferRequirements
- Your own vehicle:
- Cargo Van (High Roof), Sprinter Van, or Box Truck (22-26 ft)
- Model year 2015 or newer (2012+ accepted on select lanes)
- Valid U.S. driver's license (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Active insurance and vehicle registration
- Ability to operate as a 1099 contractor (manage your taxes, fuel, and business expenses)
Responsibilities
- Complete deliveries safely, professionally, and on schedule
- Run pre-approved lanes according to your availability
- Maintain accurate digital logs and provide necessary documents
- Communicate clearly with dispatch during all trips
- Follow DOT safety and compliance guidelines
