Porter/Maintenance
University Club Apartments in Tulsa is now hiring for a Porter/Maintenance. Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and office, and parking lots.
Responsibilities:
- Remove trash from office and common areas.
- Assist with any maintenance tasks that are needed.
- Assist in the cleaning and maintaining of the common areas.
- Assist in any troubleshoot/repair.
- Always represent the property in a professional manner on/off the property.
- Great communication skills with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
- Learn and ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.
- Immediately report all unsafe conditions.
- Learns and ensures compliance with all company.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must have 2 years’ experience in multi-family apartments.
- Must have some maintenance knowledge.
- Must be able to work with little supervision.
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and motivated.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Pre-employment screening.
