ABOUT THE UNIT:
Provides therapeutic care of patients in their place of residence. The LPTA is directed toward assessing ability or disability, relieving pain, preventing disability and/or further deformity, developing or improving body skills, and restoring function and maintaining maximum performance within the patients capabilities. The LPTA must possess demonstrate clinical competency and leadership. Able to adapt to change. On call required for potential weekend visit coverage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant Tennessee Required

Valid driver's License Tennessee Required

Completed Course or Program in / as Practical Nursing Preferred

1 Year Home Care Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation Strongly Preferred
