- $14.00/hr = DAY RATE w/ Zero experience or certifications (Vitality can provide)
- $14.50/hr =DAY RATE w/ Medication Assistance + CPR/First Aid Certifications = Completed
- $16.50/hr= DAY RATE w/ Experience, willingness to work any schedule or with any participant & Medication Assist + 1st Aid/CPR Certifications = Completed
- $13.00/hr = OVERNIGHT RATE regardless of experience or certifications

- PT (SAT & or SUN) @ 8-32 hours - 7:00a-3:00p
- PT (SAT & or SUN) @ 8-32 hours - 3:00p-11:00p
- FT (MON-FRI) @ 40 hours - 7:00a-3:00p
- FT (MON-FRI) @ 40 hours - 3:00p-11:00p
- FT (SUN-THU) @ 40 hours - 3:00p-11:00p
- FT (MON-SAT) @ 40 hours - 3:00p-11:00p
- PT or FT (FRI, SAT & SUN) @ 8-40 hours - 7:00a-3:00p & 3:00p-11:00p
Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- Driver's license (valid)
- Reliable vehicle
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate and dependable
Preferred (not required):
- CPR / First Aid certification
- Medication Assistance certification
