Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Channel Account Manager (CAM) for the North American region to drive growth through strategic partner relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of channel partners, fostering strong business relationships, and expanding market presence. Your proactive approach will help unlock new sales opportunities, ensure partner success, and contribute to our overall business development goals. Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners across North America to maximize sales opportunities
- Develop comprehensive account plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration
- Drive North American market penetration by actively recruiting and enabling high-performing ISV, SI, and VAR partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new partner opportunities and markets
- Conduct regular training sessions, product demonstrations, and marketing support for channel partners
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track partner activities, sales pipelines, and performance metrics
- Lead warm calling campaigns to engage potential partners and generate new leads effectively
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within technology or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and expanding partner networks
- Demonstrated success in business development and strategic planning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience in technical sales or working with hardware/software solutions is highly desirable
Pay: $65,000.00 - $81,500.00 per year
