WHAT YOU'LL DO
========================================
- Light housekeeping - dishes, laundry, sheets, tidying up
- Meal prep - breakfast, lunch, dinner ready to go
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Companionship - coffee and conversation, a walk, a card game, a call to family
- Daily routines - dressing, getting around the house, getting to appointments
- Watching for changes and telling your Supervisor when something seems off
You're not a nurse - and you're not expected to be one. You're the person who notices Mrs. R didn't finish her breakfast three days in a row - and we take it from there.

WHO YOU ARE

- You LIKE older people - their stories, their pace, their humor. This is non-negotiable.
- You show up when you say you will.
- You notice the small stuff.
- You can lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- You have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- You can pass an Illinois Healthcare Worker Background Check.
- You're at least 18.
NICE TO HAVE (not required - we'll train you):
- CNA, HHA, or prior caregiving experience
- Experience with dementia or memory care

YOUR FIRST 30 DAYS

1. Paid orientation + Illinois-required training (we cover everything)
2. Shadow shifts with an experienced caregiver
3. Solo shifts with full Supervisor backup
4. Hitting your stride - we check in to make sure it's a fit on both sides
