POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient primary care role serving patients across the lifespan
- Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
- Build meaningful long-term patient relationships within a community-focused practice
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team

- Strong support staff and established clinical workflows
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $104,000 - $120,000 Based On Experience
- Student Loan Repayment Up To $50,000
- Tuition Reimbursement Up To $75,000 Annually
- On-Call Stipend Available
SCHEDULE
- Monday Through Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 100% Outpatient Primary Care
- Limited Call Rotation
- One Weekend Every 8 Weeks With Stipend
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform wellness visits and preventive screenings
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
- Coordinate care with specialists and support services
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Requirements:
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certification REQUIRED
- Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner License REQUIRED Or Ability To Obtain
- Ability To Treat Patients Across The Lifespan REQUIRED
- Experience In Outpatient Primary Care Preferred
- Strong Interest In Preventive Medicine REQUIRED
- Experience Managing Chronic Conditions REQUIRED
- Commitment To Community-Focused Care REQUIRED
- Two Years Of FNP Experience Preferred
