Lead Commercial Hydronic & Mechanical Projects with Quality Air Services
Quality Air Services is seeking an experienced Project Foreman with strong plumbing and pipefitting experience to lead commercial and multi-family mechanical projects throughout the Washington DC Metro Area.
This position is ideal for a motivated field leader with experience in:
- Hydronic heating & cooling systems
- Commercial mechanical construction
- Crew leadership and project coordination
- Plumbing and chilled/hot water piping systems

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise plumbing/pipefitting crews on active job sites
- Install and oversee hydronic heating and cooling systems
- Coordinate field technicians and subcontractors
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
- Ensure work meets project specifications, safety standards, and building codes
- Manage job site materials and equipment
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical guidance
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Complete daily reports and progress updates
- Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
Systems & Equipment Experience Preferred
- Dual-temp chilled/hot water closed loop systems
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Isolation valve replacements
- Pipe insulation and firestopping
- Commercial plumbing and hydronic piping
- Mechanical construction projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC, plumbing, hydronic, or mechanical systems experience
- 2+ years of leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Journeyman License preferred
- Strong understanding of hydronic piping systems
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- OSHA certification preferred
