Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems.
- Install new HVAC systems and components following schematics and HVAC design specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and conduct electrical diagnostics to identify faults.
- Maintain and service plumbing connections related to HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to maximize efficiency and lifespan.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and building automation system diagrams for accurate repairs and installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction throughout every interaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or property maintenance with a focus on HVAC system repair and installation.
- Service technician experience with a strong understanding of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics, electrical diagnostics, refrigeration processes, and mechanical systems repair.
- Ability to operate hand tools effectively for equipment troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.
- Experience working with building automation systems (BAS) and electrical systems within commercial or industrial settings.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; possession of a <PERSON> driver license preferred.
- Certifications such as EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) refrigerant handling certification are required; additional certifications in ammonia refrigeration or boiler operation are a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure quality work and client satisfaction.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
