Responsibilities
- Rough and finish carpentry on residential remodeling projects
- Framing, siding, and interior/exterior trim
- Air-sealing and insulation work
- Light concrete and painting
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Collaborating with the crew and communicating clearly about progress and problems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in any phase of residential carpentry
- Reliable — show up on time, every time
- Hard-working, self-motivated, and always learning
- Works well with a team
- References required
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to job sites across the Eastern Shore
