We are seeking an experienced Window Tint Installer to join the highest-volume and highest-reviewed automotive customization shop in Colorado Springs. This role is suited for a skilled professional who takes pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. Our reputation has been built on quality, and maintaining that standard is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality automotive window tint installations with consistency and attention to detail
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising quality
- Maintain clean workspaces, tools, and vehicles at all times
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company standards before delivery
- Communicate professionally with team members and management
- Uphold shop processes, quality control standards, and safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience installing automotive window tint
- Strong understanding of film handling, shrinking, and installation techniques
- Ability to produce clean, repeatable results on a wide range of vehicles
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-output shop
