What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Representative
- Meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned neighborhoods
- Introduce wireless and internet services, current promotions, and available account options
- Explain plans, pricing, features, and service benefits in a clear and professional way
- Help customers compare services based on their household needs and budget
- Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Build strong customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales activity as an Entry Level Sales Representative
- Work alongside your team to achieve customer acquisition and sales goals
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Representative
- Strong communication and people skills
