Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple computer systems, managing data accurately, and providing technical support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor computer systems and software platforms
- Enter, update, and maintain databases with a high level of accuracy
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Work across multiple computer operating systems and platforms
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
- Assist with general administrative and technical tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Experience with database management and data entry
- Ability to learn and work with different computer platforms
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technical documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software
- Ability to speak Chinese, Korean, or Hindi is a plus
