Handle family law matters from intake through resolution, including divorce, custody, support, complex property division, and prenuptial agreements.

Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, settlement agreements, and discovery.

Prepare matters for hearings, mediation, and trial, and appear in court.

Work directly with partners on high-net-worth and high-profile cases, including complex financial and business valuation issues.

Provide responsive, discreet, individualized communication to clients during emotionally difficult proceedings.
Qualifications:

Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar.

At least three years of family law experience.

Strong drafting, research, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Discretion and professionalism, especially with sensitive, high-profile matters.

Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-standards boutique environment.
