Digital Marketing & IT Support Specialist (On-site – Part Time / Full Time)

About the role
We are looking for a versatile and tech-savvy individual to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate combines creative marketing skills with technical knowledge, and is comfortable working across digital advertising platforms and basic web/IT tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create, design, and edit ads for social media platforms
- Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads
- Develop and improve marketing creatives (images, videos, ad copy)
- Support website updates and basic backend tasks
- Assist with light coding or technical troubleshooting
- Monitor performance and analytics
Requirements
- Experience with digital advertising (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads)
- Basic knowledge of websites (WordPress or similar)
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus
- Ability to create/edit simple marketing content (Canva or similar tools)
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Must be able to work on-site in Pembroke Pines, FL
- Good communication and attention to detail
Nice to have
- SEO experience
- Video editing skills
- Google Analytics / tracking tools knowledge
- General IT support experience
