Express Pawn in Grand Island is hiring a motivated and customer-focused Sales / Customer Service Representative. This role combines retail sales, customer service, and pawn transactions. We are looking for someone who is dependable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone
Assist customers with buying, selling, and pawning merchandise
Clearly explain loan terms, pricing, and store policies
Accurately process sales, payments, and pawn transactions
Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and secure
Verify customer identification and complete required paperwork
Follow all company policies and state regulations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
Ability to pass a background check, if required
