- Operating and maintaining HVAC, boiler, chiller, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment issues Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
- Monitoring building automation and energy management systems
- Ensuring compliance with safety codes, environmental regulations, and operational standards
