Responsibilities
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
- Conduct Medicare reviews and annual plan evaluations
- Assist individuals transitioning into Medicare
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects and referral relationships
- Participate in community outreach and educational events
- Identify cross-selling opportunities including Dental, Vision, Hospital Indemnity, Cancer/Critical Illness, Final Expense, Life Insurance, and Annuities
- Support Group Medicare and retiree planning opportunities

Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License
- Medicare certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and growth-oriented
- Medicare sales experience preferred but not required
