Responsibilities

- Deliver clear, professional communication with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Manage inbound inquiries efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette during all client interactions to foster trust and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client onboarding, follow-ups, and service delivery
Experience
- Previous call center experience or roles involving outbound calling and customer support is highly preferred
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analysis skills to interpret client data and provide tailored solutions
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to our markets
- Experience in sales or client services roles that required effective communication skills and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with cash handling, typing accuracy, and data entry processes is advantageous
