Malouf GMC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our sales team. This position is ideal for someone who excels on the phone, enjoys building relationships with customers, and takes pride in turning inquiries into showroom appointments.

What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries
- Contact customers by phone, text, and email to assist with vehicle questions
- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership
- Follow up with unsold prospects and previous inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records within the dealership CRM system
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Meet or exceed daily activity, appointment, and performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone presence and communication skills

- Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions
- Organized with strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Automotive BDC, internet sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
