Are you organized, friendly, and great with details? Our endodontic practice is looking for a Dental Scheduler/Insurance Verifier to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients by phone with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments efficiently across multiple providers and locations
- Verify dental insurance benefits accurately and proactively
- Communicate treatment plan details clearly with patients
- Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Maintain detailed notes, documentation, and follow-up tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in dental scheduling and insurance verification (recommended)
- Knowledge of common dental insurance plans and terminology(recommended)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Endodontic experience is a plus, but not required
