The Behavioral Health Center at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Caregivers help patients back to the path of hope, happiness and a better quality of life through the center’s treatment services, counseling, classes and screenings. As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) on the team , you will provide clinical supervision and unit coordination to units within the Behavioral Health Center. With an emphasis on professional development and success, you will encourage caregivers to enhance their skills and the patient exp erience through improvement initiatives and incentives. ANM's are the primary point of contact for everyone coming and going in the building and the ones who fully coordinate care for this patient population.

Physical Requirements:
- Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
- Requires corrected hearing and vision to normal range.
- Requires some exposure to communicable disease or bodily fluids.
- Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
