Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Welder to join our Water Resource Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication on steel components and construction equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
- Repair and maintain heavy equipment, attachments, and structural materials
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform field welding at active construction job sites
- Ensure all welds meet company quality and safety standards
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Steel Plate Welding Certification required
- Previous welding experience in construction, heavy civil, or industrial environments preferred
- Ability to weld various thicknesses of steel plate
- Familiarity with MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding processes preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
