What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify scope requirements, risks, and value-engineering opportunities.
- Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.
- Build project budgets, bid packages, scope sheets, and final estimate presentations.
- Partner with project management, field leadership, design teams, and ownership throughout preconstruction.
- Maintain strong subcontractor relationships and current knowledge of market pricing.
- Participate in turnover meetings to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction into operations.
Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
