Job Title: Case Manager – Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation)

Overview:
A premier law firm is seeking Case Managers to support pre-suit personal injury matters. This role offers full training, a clear path for advancement, and an opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client service and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal injury caseload during the pre-litigation phase.
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling intake interviews, organizing files, and drafting correspondence such a no-fault applications, FOIL requests, letters of representation, and much more
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and answering questions.
- Report claims to insurance carriers and handle related documentation (e.g., No-Fault benefits).
- Support attorneys in conducting initial investigations.
- Acquire, review, and digest medical records and other supporting documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe; familiarity with legal software or willingness to learn.
