About the Job
As a Member Experience Representative, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience by arranging non-emergency medical transportation. Each interaction matters to us, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls, assess the customers transportation needs, and assist appropriately

Interact with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications (Data entry required)

Deliver a simple customer experience with every interaction

Trouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard procedures

Become a knowledge expert
Shifts: We are currently hiring for all shifts. Full-time and Part-time available. Preference will be given to those who are available for early mornings, evenings and weekends.
