Bayshore Supply is a growing electrical and plumbing distributor. We distribute residential and commercial lighting, electrical and plumbing supplies. We have been serving the Bay Area for over 30 years. We focus on making sure our customers receive the best service.
We are seeking a motivated, electrical salesperson to join our wholesale department in Albany, California. As a salesperson, applicants must be able to work well with customers. Salespersons need to be able to assist in choosing products that best meet the customer's needs. Strong sales experience and industry knowledge is preferred. We have a wide range of customers from homeowners to designers to contractors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One to three years industry and customer service experience.
Proficient communication skills.
Basic computer skills. Eclipse ERP software experience is preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting electrical products by providing expert advice and recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately using ERP systems and ensure a high level of customer service.
Maintain inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
Utilize strong communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Employ retail math skills to manage pricing and discounts effectively.
Foster a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
