Carriage House is a private members' club in Palm Beach, defined by the highest standards of quality, service and design. Inspired by the iconic clubs of London's St. James's and Mayfair, the Club blends European tradition with the sophisticated, playful spirit of Palm Beach — known for its exceptional food and beverage, intimate dining spaces, and immersive member programming. Membership is by invitation only, carefully curated to reflect the Club's character and values.
The Reservationist is responsible for facilitating all Club reservations and creating the Member profile. They serve in an anticipatory fashion, ensuring they have covered anything and everything the member may need to assist the food and beverage team. They deliver the highest level of service and act as primary liaison between the Member and the applicable party needed.

Ensures that all information is handled according to standard.

Ensures that the members preferences are noted on reservations prior to their arrival.

Ensures that new reservations booked via any other channel, are correctly entered into systems, and to ensure that all requests are followed through.

On occasion, contacts members via telephone, fax, email or in person in an accurate, complete and timely manner for clarification or additional follow up.

Ensures that member profiles are updated accurately, correctly and timely in systems.

Notes and follows up on guest preferences and special requests and alerts respective department.

Maintains complete knowledge of the Club & its services.

Create and email daily and weekly reservation reports to various parties.

Is fully conversant with club features: layout, location, décor, table numbers, etc.

Work with a positive, customerfocused attitude, use clear and professional verbiage, maintain a clean and organized work area, ensure professional appearance in line with club grooming standards, maintain professionalism.

Review and respond to daily operational demands as directed.

Monitor and handle guest comments along with detailed follow up and resolution.

Provide support to our hosting team as needed. This may include greeting guests, seating them, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience.

Report any diminishing levels of inventory to Reservations Lead.

Anticipate member and guests’ needs and respond promptly.

Ensure understanding of systems and how the systems interface with one another.

Participate in preshift meeting to review information pertinent today’s business.

Communicate proactively, cooperatively, and appropriately with other departments regarding member needs and preferences.

Completely understand the reservations system and how it is utilized for booking.

Must be able to multitask and work in a face paced team environment

At least one year of guest relations experience, luxury environment preferred
