Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Join our premier General and Vascular Surgery team in South OC! We are a high-volume, fast-paced practice dedicated to outstanding patient care. What You Will Do
You will work purely in the back office, serving as a key team member for our vascular doctors
- Venous Procedures: Set up sterile trays and assist physicians with Sclerotherapy, Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA), and VenaSeal treatments.
- Supply & Inventory Management: Review the upcoming vascular procedure forecast to track and order surgical supplies, ensuring the back office is always fully prepared.
- Patient Intake: Room patients, take vitals, document complete medical and vascular histories, and assist physicians during exams.
- Clinical Tasks: Call in prescriptions, use medical terminology daily, and handle patient questions post-procedure.
- Sterile Care: Keep exam rooms stocked, clean, and perfectly prepared for surgical procedures using strict sterile techniques.
- General Surgery Support: Assist general surgery doctors with minor office procedures, consultations, and post-op care.
What We Need From You
- Vascular Experience: Prior experience assisting with Sclerotherapy, RFA, or VenaSeal procedures is highly preferred.
- EMR Skills: Direct experience working with Athena EMR to chart patient visits.
- Flexibility: Ability to switch gears easily between general surgery needs and specialized vascular care.
- Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from an accredited program (Required).
- Experience: At least 1 year of medical office experience (Required).
- Skills: Expert knowledge of sterile techniques, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail.
- Languages: Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply!
