Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, brushing walls, and vacuuming floors to ensure pristine water quality.
- Balance pool chemicals to maintain proper pH levels and water clarity, adhering to safety standards.
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators; perform repairs or notify maintenance teams as needed.
- Use hand tools and power tools to carry out minor repairs on pool systems and related equipment efficiently.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on pool components to prevent issues before they arise.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, chemical treatments, and repair activities for each pool serviced.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and clients.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair or maintenance preferred.
- Prior experience in pool cleaning or pool maintenance is highly desirable; service technician experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Strong understanding of pool chemistry, cleaning procedures, and safety standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods comfortably.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues early.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
