Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Senior Administrative Assistant to support a well-established and highly respected CPA firm in Little Rock in a temp-to-hire position. This role serves as a key partner to firm leadership, playing an integral part in maintaining operational efficiency, enhancing client experience, and supporting critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to partners and senior leadership, acting as a trusted extension of the team

Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee client scheduling with precision

Prepare, edit, and finalize professional correspondence, financial reports, and client deliverables

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience

Maintain and enhance electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring compliance with firm standards and confidentiality requirements

Oversee onboarding documentation, engagement letters, and client records with accuracy and efficiency

Coordinate office operations including vendor management, supply procurement, and internal logistics

Support firm-wide initiatives and special projects, including tax season coordination and deadline tracking

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency
Qualifications

5+ years of administrative experience, with prior experience supporting senior leaders strongly preferred

Experience within a CPA firm, professional services, or financial environment highly desired

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems preferred

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
