We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair diverse mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain HVAC systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration appliances, and kitchen equipment to meet safety and efficiency standards.
- Conduct appliance repairs including service technician tasks for various appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other commercial or industrial equipment.
- Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
- Lead small maintenance projects or team efforts when necessary, demonstrating leadership qualities in problem-solving and task management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems repair, or mechanical systems maintenance with a strong understanding of HVAC & appliance technology.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical manuals with precision.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and construction experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance operations (MRO).
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
